BANCAMIGA AMPLIA LOS BENEFICIOS PARA SUS CLIENTES

Los clientes con Puntos de Venta Bancamiga también recibieron un aumento de la comisión por recarga de servicio Digitel a un 3,5%.

Satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes es uno de los nortes de Bancamiga. Y a partir de esta semana se incorporaron algunos beneficios en los puntos de venta, Bancamiga Suite y en el Internet Banking.

Desde el 1° de agosto, la comisión que reciben los comercios por las recargas de Digitel en los POS Bancamiga aumentó a 3,5%, lo cual representa un aporte económico adicional que aparece en sus liquidaciones diarias.

En alianza con Soluciones Integrales Tecnológicas (SITCA), los POS Bancamiga son los más versátiles y completos del mercado. Son de entrega inmediata, inalámbricos, cuentan con tecnología contactless (sin contacto), poseen wifi, seguridad encriptada y pantalla táctil. Además de la comisión al comercio por cada recarga o pago de servicios que se realice, el cliente recibe su liquidación los 365 días del año.

A través de los Puntos de Venta Bancamiga se puede recargar Digitel, Movistar, Movilnet, Inter y Simple TV, pagar la factura de Cantv, sellar el 5y6 y jugar a El Andinito de la Lotería del Táchira. Próximamente se podrá cancelar el servicio de Corpoelec. Los comerciantes reciben una comisión entre el 2% y el 5%.

En su afán por facilitar las transacciones de sus clientes, Bancamiga también acaba de incorporar la posibilidad de pagar no solo los servicios de telefonía sino los de televisión satelital y navegación ABA Ultra de Cantv desde Bancamiga en línea, Bancamiga Suite y por los POS.

Al desplegarse las opciones Telefonía Fija e Internet, los clientes deben escoger la primera para así pagar televisión satelital o ABA Ultra. Hay que tener a la mano el contrato de servicio.

De acuerdo con el Presidente Ejecutivo de la institución, Ariel José Martínez Coujil, “esto demuestra el empeño de Bancamiga en ofrecer nuevos instrumentos financieros, siempre soportados en satisfacer los requerimientos de los clientes y con la innovación tecnológica como premisa”.

No cabe duda de que, a través de sus productos y servicios, Bancamiga busca promover las oportunidades de crecimiento y hacer más fáciles, rápidas y seguras las transacciones.
